CREDENTIALS

Resume Helper has been established to support people from all walks of life to secure their dream job. With extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, I have witnessed the challenges people face to pitch their documents and secure an interview.

There are many factors why someone may not hear back from their application, but the majority of the time, it is due to the resume not passing the applicant tracking system (ATS) or that the resume does not accurately portray the person's capabilities.

That being said, it was no surprise that I started writing resumes and supporting documents to help people achieve their dream. I have helped people at different stages of their careers, from graduates through to professional, management, executive and board level. I also have hands-on experience working with people from different industries, including human resources, accounting, government, manufacturing, transport & logistics, real estate, information technology (IT), mining, marketing, hospitality, sport, and more.
