Frequently Asked Questions

I am interested in getting a service; how do I go about it? Visit www.resumehelper.biz, click on 'Let's Go' under Products & Services, choose the right product/service, click on 'Add to Cart' and complete the checkout. 

What is the next step after I purchase a product/service? Once you make a purchase, I will either email or SMS you to organise a suitable phone consultation. During our consultation, we will discuss your qualifications, career aspirations, experience, skills and other necessary information that I may need to prepare an exceptional document. After our consultation, it will take me up to 5 business days to turn around your documents. If you require the document prior to the 5 business days, please contact me at info@resumehelper.biz or 0432 808 868 for availability and an express-order quote.

 

How will I receive my documents? You will receive the documents via email, where you will be asked to review them and provide any additional information or feedback. If you do require revisions, you have a two-week period to advise me via email. I will make any revisions within 2 business days.

How will I receive the documents? I will email the documents within 5 business days from the initial consultation.

Do you offer multiple templates? Yes, I do offer multiple templates however only will provide documents in one design. In the initial consultation, I will suggest suitable templates, and once we both agree on a template, that template will be used. If you would like to change the template after the initial consultation, a fee of $100 will incur.

Do you offer additional products/services? If you can not find a suitable product/service onsite, please contact me at info@resumehelper.biz or 0432 808 868 to discuss. 

 

How many revisions do you offer? I offer a maximum of 3 revisions.

What are your operating hours? I schedule consultations predominantly between 2pm to 6pm (Sydney Time). That being said, I understand not everyone has the same schedule and if you require consultations outside of business hours, email me at info@resumehelper.biz to discuss. The documents will be emailed to you at all hours of the day. Therefore, it may be before, during and after traditional business hours. 

 

Do you have a physical address? No, I do not have a physical address where clients can visit, but I do have my own office accompanied by a plant called Pamela, a dog named Hunter and three beautiful kids. That being said, I do offer face-to-face services if required, I travel from Liverpool to Parramatta - there may be an additional fee.

I try my hardest to get back to enquiries the same day, therefore, if you do not hear from me in two business days, I would suggest following up.

What level of guarantee do you offer? I guarantee that I will do the best that I can to increase your chances of getting an interview; however, like everything in life, I can not guarantee that you will get interviews or the job. Building this business, I want it to be underpinned by integrity, and therefore, I do not offer guarantees. That being said, the majority of my clients have been beyond satisfied with my service and have secured interviews.

Do you offer discounts? Unfortunately, no, as you are paying for a premium product. The prices were calculated based on my experience, expertise, and client feedback. 
 

Do you issue a refund? No refunds will be issued. If you purchase a product/service and change your mind prior to the consultation, a store credit will be honoured for up to 6 months.

Is my personal information secured? The website is based on the Wix platform and its domain; therefore, all the website's security measures are underpinned by the Wix platform. Payment is made through Stripe and based on their website, it states that 'Stripe, when correctly integrated, is one of the safest payment methods available. It uses HTTPS and the new HSTS protocol for secure connections with the browser, encrypting all personal data with AES-256.' As for our communication, the mobile phone is contracted with Optus, and the email is connected via Gmail; therefore, it is underpinned by those companies' security measures. I also want to articulate that once the project is finalised, I will delete your files. It is imperative that you save the documents safely on your end, as I won't have them if you ever need them in the future.
